Job Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
Ability to work late night shifts, potentially between 12 AM - 3 AM
Works assigned scheduled shifts
Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Safe, TIPs, etc) required
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor

Food handling certificate a plus
Fluent in English
able to speak, read, write

Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Job Duties

Follow all image and appearance standards
Have a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
Promptly and courteously greet guests
Guide guests through beverage and food ordering process, while making specific suggestions
Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
Deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting back
Clean and prepare tables for new guests
Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
Work cohesively with all team members
Be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
Work well under pressure
Follow the direction of the managers on duty
Support and follow all marketing initiatives
