minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
ability to work late night shifts potentially until 12 AM to 3 AM
works assigned scheduled shifts
alcohol awareness certification required
food handling certificate a plus
fluent in English
ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
remain stationary for up to 4 hours
satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and coworkers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

guide guests through beverage and food ordering process
confidently describe and sell all items on menus
deliver beverages and food efficiently

close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting back
clean and prepare tables for new guests
support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping environment clean
practice teamwork and support FOH and BOH priorities
work cohesively with all team members
assist in other departments as requested
work well under pressure
follow direction of managers on duty
support and follow marketing initiatives
