Job Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays up to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift bus tubs up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
- Strong physical stamina
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food server preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and desire to exceed guest expectations
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus
- Assist guests by answering questions about menu and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Input orders into POS system ensuring accuracy
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check for order accuracy
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs during dining experience
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for next guests
- Encourage guests to try additional menu items
- Present bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
