Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or serving preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor brands
- Ability to use POS system accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to check IDs and comply with state alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or serving preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol brands and beverage preparation
- Ability to use POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
- Greet customers within two minutes of them being seated
- Be knowledgeable of beer, wine, and liquor brands
- Take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system
- Garnish and run drinks to tables, take food orders by position numbers at the tables, and upsell through providing recommendations
- Be mindful of customer's food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other specific inquiries
- ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws
- Complete daily side-work as directed by management
- Report directly to management and the General Manager
