Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work late night shifts potentially until between 12 AM and 3 AM
- Work assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol awareness certification (e.g., ServSave, TIPs) required
- Food handling certificate a plus
- Fluent in English
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain stationary for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Communicate satisfactorily with guests, management and co-workers

Job Duties

- Report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- Follow all image and appearance standards
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- Confidently describe and sell all food and beverage menu items
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining guest engagement
- Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting guests back
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests
- Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- Practice teamwork during all shifts and support front-of-house and back-of-house priorities
- Work cohesively with all team members
- Assist in other departments as requested
- Work well under pressure
- Follow the direction of managers on duty
- Support and follow all marketing initiatives
