Job Duties
- Serve food in the dining room as instructed
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
- Keep a clean and sanitary workstation, kitchen area and equipment
- Set up tables in dining room for service
- Assist in food preparation such as toast and coffee
- Distribute and collect menus
- Obtain food supplies for service
- Deliver and remove food trays
- Ensure that safety regulations are always followed
- Assist in maintaining food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner
- Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies
