Job Duties
- Serve food in the dining room as instructed
- assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
- keep a clean and sanitary workstation, kitchen area and equipment
- set up tables in dining room for service
- assist in food preparation such as toast and coffee
- distribute and collect menus
- obtain food supplies for service
- deliver and remove food trays
- ensure that safety regulations are always followed
- assist in maintaining food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner
- dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies
