Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must provide excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Take and input accurate food and drink orders
- Provide an exceptional service experience with exceptional salesmanship and a high level of hospitality
- Serve food and check back to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests
- Deliver high level of team service, assisting other team members and guests and promoting overall teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service alley and side stations
