Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry especially fine dining or restaurant settings
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Take orders accurately and efficiently ensuring all dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner adhering to fine dining standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area including dining tables waiting areas and restrooms
- Assist with catering events or banquets as needed ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
