Job Requirements

Minimum of two years experience as a front waiter in fine dining or banquet service
Minimum of one year experience selling and serving wine and other beverages
Passionate about hospitality and customer service
Professional appearance and good hygiene
Respect for co-workers and guests
Pride in work by creating positive energy and fun
Ability to work seven days a week

Job Duties

Assist with achieving departmental guest satisfaction targets and food and beverage revenues by following established service strategies and optimizing up-sell opportunities
Perform other related duties as assigned or as directed
Be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and the SEMS and carry out policies and procedures appropriate for the position
Ensure assigned station is properly cleaned and set-up at the end of meal periods and complete all assigned side-work
Comply with sequence of service for food and beverage and direct and instruct Assistant Waiters to ensure timely service
Resolve service and product deficiencies to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform additional jobs as assigned including manning non-cooking buffet action stations and assisting with room service and private parties
