Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
Must comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

Provide attentive and personalized service to residents, anticipate their needs and preferences
Assist with meal preparation including setting tables and serving meals
Ensure meal presentation meets high standards
Maintain a clean and organized dining area adhering to health and safety regulations
Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere engaging with residents and building meaningful connections
Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless dining experience from start to finish
