Job Requirements

Job Duties
- provide polished and professional service in accordance with fine dining standards
- build rapport with members and guests to create a welcoming and personalized experience
- execute all aspects of table service including menu knowledge, wine service, and proper table settings
- communicate clearly with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room
- uphold club policies and service standards with consistency and integrity
