- Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE team members and guests
- Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately

Job Duties
- Ensure that our clients' catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event
- Properly set up a buffet or serving station, and lift and carry heavy equipment, trays, and dishes
- Practice food safety, sanitation practices, and procedures
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing
- Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis
- Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies
