Job Requirements

  • Able to work weekdays and weekends
  • Possess a basic understanding of dining room and service industry procedures
  • Possess a basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
  • Able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours
  • Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Able to obtain a valid liquor license
  • Must be at least 19 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a valid liquor license
  • At least 19 years of age

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting promptly, courteously, and professionally with guests
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations about the beer, wine, and liquor menu
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with tact and professionalism
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
