Job Requirements
- Dress code: all black button-down shirt, black pants, black tie and black non-slip shoes, and socks
- Previous banquet serving experience preferred but not mandatory
- Must be punctual, professional, and friendly
- E-verify eligibility
- Pass a drug test
- Appearance standards: no face, neck, or hand tattoos or facial piercings, clean hair and beard
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a busser or server or similar hospitality role preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to cleanliness
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Familiarity with banquet service and catering environments
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
Job Duties
- Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area
- Assist during and after the event
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Demonstrate guest service excellence
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members
- Participate actively in a fast-paced event environment
