Job Requirements
- At least two years of restaurant or retail wine experience
- Ability to legally serve alcohol (21 years of age or older)
- At least two years college or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on feet up to 10 hours
- Strong work ethic and commitment to team collaboration
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide extraordinary customer service to guests
- Prepare and serve wine, spirits, cocktails, draft beer, and food
- Maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the wine bar
- Assist in retail sales and ensure proper product presentation
- Perform back-of-house duties including stocking and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
- Participate in training and development programs
