Job Requirements
- must have reliable transportation arrangements
- no experience required due to comprehensive training program
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or food service roles beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- capability to handle fast-paced and high volume workloads
Job Duties
- wow customers by doing more than being an order taker
- maintain a coachable attitude
- know the menu thoroughly to assist customers effectively
- work within a team buddy system
- assist other servers by refilling drinks and running food
- demonstrate professionalism, upbeat attitude, punctuality, and teamwork
- manage high volume work efficiently
