Job Duties
- Job Overview: As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering attentive and personalized service
- Your ability to engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations will be essential in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, and your teamwork will be essential for creating the culture of cooperation respect that we look to cultivate each day
- Professional Image: Maintain a professional image that reflects the elevated guest experience while balancing the vibrant atmosphere, ensuring a cohesive representation of our brand
- Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and provide recommendations tailored to their preferences to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that each course is presented beautifully and meets our high standards
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer insightful recommendations
- Upselling: Utilize a guest-centric approach to upselling, suggesting additional items such as appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks in a way that enhances the overall dining experience
- Table Management: Ensure tables are well-maintained, addressing any guest needs promptly, and clearing plates and glassware efficiently
- Promotions: Be an active participant of marketing programs to successfully deploy and implement selling strategies to attract and retain guests, including but not limited to gift cards sales and promoting special events
