Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
- age requirement as per local labor laws
- reliable and punctual
- must complete full application process
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and a friendly, positive attitude
- basic math skills for processing payments
Job Duties
- prepare the area and equipment necessary for the customer’s experience
- greet customer with a friendly smile and disposition
- receive the customers order, send to kitchen through the point of sale system, present meal to customer, follow up on the experience with drink refills or customer requests
- process payment of the food/drinks/retail delivered to the customer
- send the customer on their way with a smile and a personable farewell
- complete any additional requests from management and off duties that coincide with the server position
- work the opening, mid, or closing portion of the shifts
