Job Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

  • Commitment to providing high levels of hospitality and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings a plus
  • Strong passion for food and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a respectful attitude toward colleagues
  • Prior experience working with high-profile clientele beneficial
  • Willingness to learn and pass food knowledge assessments

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a polished floor presence and professional appearance
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and organization throughout shifts
  • Proactively address service issues by communicating with management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Stand for 10-12 hour shifts and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Participate in food knowledge training and exams
  • Work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts as required
