Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of serving experience in a high-end or contemporary restaurant
Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests
Understanding of food safety and sanitation
Proficiency with POS and scheduling technology
Flexible schedule and availability
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

At least two years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven full-service restaurant
Strong commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and maintain open availability

Job Duties

Provide attentive and hospitable service to guests throughout their dining experience
Ensure thorough knowledge of the menu, including food, wine, and cocktail offerings
Follow restaurant standards including steps of service, food safety, and sanitation protocols
Utilize technology platforms such as POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules accurately
Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
