Job Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A positive attitude and team spirit
Commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

Maintain a professional image that reflects the elevated guest experience
Greet guests warmly and provide menu recommendations
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the menu including ingredients and wine pairings
Utilize a guest-centric approach to upselling additional items
Manage tables efficiently by addressing guest needs and clearing plates
Participate in marketing programs including promoting special events and gift cards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service execution
Receive and attend to guest feedback respectfully and promptly
Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as company policies
