Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant server experience in a similar restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and service protocols
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven, and full-service restaurant
- Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules systems
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and open availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and hospitable service to guests
- Explain menu items and make recommendations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Use POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules technologies accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
