Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant server role preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
- must be able to stand for several hours at a time
- must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and sweep frequently
- must be over 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Qualifications
- Must have great customer service skills and demonstrate oral or written communication skills
- computer skills
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
- familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
- collects payments by accepting cash, check, and charge payments from customers
- check ID to ensure minimum age requirement is met
- must be over 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
- notify kitchen personnel of food orders, shortages, or special orders
- serves appetizers, salads, cold dishes and beverages
- recognize customer intoxication in accordance with Kumori policy
- assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining/work areas neat and pleasant
- other duties assigned
