Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand for long shifts of 10-12 hours
  • Occasionally able to lift up to 20lbs
  • Open availability including nights and holidays
  • Ready to participate in food knowledge training and exams
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Prior experience in hospitality preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor and appearance
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality
  • Ensure the highest levels of service organization
  • Proactively address and communicate potential negative experiences to management
  • Perform job-related tasks as assigned by management
  • Stand for 10-12 hour shifts and occasionally lift up to 20lbs
  • Work nights, holidays, and long days as required
  • Participate in extensive food knowledge training and exams
  • Maintain open availability with weekend and holiday flexibility
