Job Requirements
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach
- capacity to push, pull, or lift up to 30 pounds on occasion
- able to perform continuous repetitive motions
- willing to work in hot, humid, and/or noisy environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous server or hospitality experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational abilities
- demonstrated compassion and enthusiasm for senior engagement
- ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with team members
Job Duties
- Prepare service station
- set tables
- complete opening duties as requested by the manager
- run food and drinks to tables
- assist in clearing tables in a timely manner
- buss tables after guest service is complete
- attend pre-shift meetings
- anticipate resident and guest needs and react appropriately
- maintain good organizational skills
- break down and clean service area
- carry out closing duties as requested by the manager
