Job Requirements

  • Able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Capable of performing repetitive motions
  • Must be enthusiastic and compassionate about senior care
  • Ability to maintain good personal hygiene and grooming
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to interact with seniors and guests in a friendly and compassionate manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepares service station, sets tables, and completes other opening duties as requested by the Manager
  • Run food and drinks to tables
  • Assist in clearing tables in a timely manner
  • Buss tables after guest service is complete
  • Attends pre-shift meetings
  • Anticipates resident and guest needs and reacts appropriately to deliver excellent experiences
  • Breaks down and cleans service area, and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager
