Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening

- Experience in full-service restaurant is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining professional composure under pressure, time constraints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task including expedited food orders and presentation
- Professional interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, guests and managers
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to support multiple managers and employees with tasks and support as directed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverage to quickly and efficiently
- Provide positive, professional, polite guest service to all employees and guests
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front of house staff
- Maintain knowledge of all ingredient details of every dish on the menu to answer guest questions
- Ability to constantly read food orders and communicate appropriate information to the kitchen staff
- Ensures compliance with health, sanitation, safety and employment regulations by clearly communicating standards and procedures to all staff
- Ensure alcoholic beverages are only served to guests 21 and older in accordance with local/state/federal guidelines
- Maintains a clean and organized back of house area for the food and beverage operation
- Assist with set-up, maintenance, and teardown of café and events as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the operation
