Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns
- Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards
- Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery
- Become an ambassador for our brand, embodying our core values and helping to create an exceptional team environment
- Assist Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff
- Resolve employee and guest-related problems
- Communicate with Manager on all matters relating to the Restaurant
- Act as the on-the-floor supervisor of the Restaurant
