Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of fine dining or upscale restaurant and cocktail bar experience
- ability to provide exemplary tableside service and manage guest seating
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to commit to minimum one-year employment
- availability for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday
- familiarity with POS and cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Dining room leadership
- greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- manage reservations, pacing, and guest flow to ensure seamless service
- act as a liaison between the service team and the kitchen to maintain timing and quality of experience
- maintain a visible floor presence to anticipate guest needs and support the service team
- provide gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable service at the table
- guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence and accuracy
- offer thoughtful recommendations for wine and beverage pairings
- maintain mastery-level knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques
- anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout service
- establish and maintain positive guest relationships
- accurately enter orders and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures
- execute opening, side-work, and closing duties as outlined
- maintain pristine table, station, and service area organization
- uphold all service standards and protocols set forth by management
- perform additional tasks at the direction of management
