Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of fine dining or upscale restaurant and cocktail bar experience
  • ability to provide exemplary tableside service and manage guest seating
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to commit to minimum one-year employment
  • availability for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday
  • familiarity with POS and cash handling procedures

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of fine dining or high-end restaurant and cocktail bar experience
  • strong passion for hospitality
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to provide refined tableside service
  • leadership skills in managing dining room operations
  • confident knowledge of food and beverage menus
  • mastery of menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques
  • experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • ability to work Tuesday through Saturday dinner shifts

Job Duties

  • Dining room leadership
  • greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • manage reservations, pacing, and guest flow to ensure seamless service
  • act as a liaison between the service team and the kitchen to maintain timing and quality of experience
  • maintain a visible floor presence to anticipate guest needs and support the service team
  • provide gracious, attentive, and knowledgeable service at the table
  • guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence and accuracy
  • offer thoughtful recommendations for wine and beverage pairings
  • maintain mastery-level knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation techniques
  • anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout service
  • establish and maintain positive guest relationships
  • accurately enter orders and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures
  • execute opening, side-work, and closing duties as outlined
  • maintain pristine table, station, and service area organization
  • uphold all service standards and protocols set forth by management
  • perform additional tasks at the direction of management
