Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to work in hot, humid, and/or noisy environments
  • dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • compassionate and guest-focused attitude
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepares service station, sets tables, and completes other opening duties as requested by the Manager
  • run food and drinks to tables
  • assist in clearing tables in a timely manner
  • buss tables after guest service is complete
  • attends pre-shift meetings
  • anticipates resident and guest needs and reacts appropriately to deliver excellent experiences
  • breaks down and cleans service area, and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager
