Job Requirements
- Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Must pass any required background checks and health screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient with seniors
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and service protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare service station and set tables as requested
- Run food and drinks to tables promptly
- Assist in clearing tables efficiently
- Buss tables after guest service is complete
- Attend pre-shift meetings regularly
- Anticipate resident and guest needs and respond appropriately
- Break down and clean service area and perform closing duties as assigned
