Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or kitchen experience is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Criminal and background screening required

- Experience in a restaurant or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prep food as needed per the Culinary Director
- Talk to residents in a friendly way and share the daily menu
- Serve dishes to our residents kindly
- Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean
- Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow food safety rules
- Set up the dining room after each meal and maintain its appearance
- Wash dishes ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
- Help clear tables and maintain dining room tidiness
- Support the team by serving meals when needed
- Maintain floors and surfaces clean and hygienic
