Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency
- positive and energetic attitude
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall
- criminal clearance

Job Duties
- greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining area
- be present and engage with residents to foster social connections
- prepare dining areas including setting tables and rolling silverware
- maintain cleanliness by bussing tables and sweeping floors
- assist residents with mobility including sitting, standing, and walking
- respond appropriately to residents after a fall
- ensure readiness and efficiency for meal services
