Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in washing dishes and cleaning in industrial or restaurant kitchens
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Positive attitude
- Food handling and sanitation licenses and certificates as required locally
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Availability for on-call emergency situations and weekend coverage on a rotating basis
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to meet health, safety, and quality standards
Job Qualifications

- Must possess or obtain required food handling and sanitation licenses and certificates

Job Duties
- Take beverage and meal orders from residents
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal service
- Serve meals according to established standards
- Address any resident issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
- Clean floors, empty trash cans, stock food supplies, wash and sanitize dishes
- Perform general cleaning of dietary department including vents, ovens, vent hoods, and outside garbage area
- Organize stock and make deliveries as needed
