Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexibility, adaptability and a great attitude
- Prior experience in washing dishes and general cleaning of industrial or restaurant kitchens
- Obtain or hold any local, state and or county required food handling or sanitation licenses and or certificates
- Must possess a valid First Aid Certification
- Be available for on-call emergency situations and weekend coverage on a rotating basis
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to understand and meet standards for health, safety, and excellence

Job Duties
- Take beverage and meal orders from residents
- Coordinate with the kitchen and serve according to standards
- Address any issues or concerns
- Maintain all safety and sanitation rules and regulations
- Clean floors, empty trash cans, stock food supplies, wash and sanitize dishes, and clean work areas and equipment as needed
- Perform general cleaning of the dietary department, including vents, ovens, vent hoods, and outside garbage area
- Organize stock and make deliveries as needed
