Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow all facility safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures including Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures including Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident's Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to Know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, and Fair Housing laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Provide exemplary service to residents, families, and guests ensuring all feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service
- Serve meals to residents per diet order and portion size with food served at the proper temperature
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and efficiently organized work area
- Label, date and rotate products ensuring an adequate, fresh inventory of food and supplies
- Operate all equipment related to duties in a safe manner
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Accomplish routine, daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities
- Notify supervisor if any changes in residents' personal health are observed
- Respond to resident requests, concerns or complaints and promptly notify supervisor
- Partner with others in a demanding and changing environment and support all employees within the community as directed by leadership
- Assist with special functions as directed
- Demonstrate respect for facility property and supplies
