Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Remain aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promote teamwork by assisting other Servers
- Understand product specifications and ensure receipts match guests dining in party
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices for personal and co-worker safety
- Perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Follow local health department laws
