  • Monitors guests' needs and works to enhance their dining experience
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
  • Assists other servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service
  • Understands product specifications and ensures receipt accuracy
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties
  • Reports equipment and facility issues to management
  • Follows correct table bussing procedures
  • Adheres to safe work practices for personal and coworker safety
  • Maintains cleanliness and service standards according to duty roster
  • Complies with local health department laws
