Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Drive the beverage cart safely around the golf course
- provide food and beverages to members and their guests
- keep the cart and shack stocked
- clean beverage cart and lock cabinets at end of day
- ring in daily sales at end of each shift
- take inventory when requested at end of each month
- maintain and exhibit proper golf course etiquette
- follow standard operating procedures set forth by management
- greet members and guests
- present menus and inform members and guests of specials
- make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverage items
- take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- keep the dining room clean and organized
- present bills and handle cash and credit card transactions
- keep members informed on upcoming events
