Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service for bartenders

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a server, bartender, or host is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation
  • Relevant training certificate for bartenders

Job Duties

  • Suggest wine and beverage options to guests
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs
  • Maintain effective communication with guests and staff
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Check identification for legal drinking age
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
  • Greet guests warmly and manage front door access
  • Handle high-stress and multitasking situations
  • Balance and carry heavy trays efficiently
  • Clear and reset tables quickly
  • Anticipate guests and staff needs
