Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Certification in responsible alcohol service for bartenders

Job Duties
- Suggest wine and beverage options to guests
- Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Maintain effective communication with guests and staff
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Check identification for legal drinking age
- Restock bar inventory and supplies
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Greet guests warmly and manage front door access
- Handle high-stress and multitasking situations
- Balance and carry heavy trays efficiently
- Clear and reset tables quickly
- Anticipate guests and staff needs
