Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing walking lifting and bending
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bartending role preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes wine pairings and the latest trends in mixology
- Provide a friendly engaging and professional service experience to residents and guests
- Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked at all times
- Manage inventory and stock supplies including ordering and receiving products
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service
- Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Build rapport with residents and guests remembering their preferences and making recommendations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless service experience
- Participate in regular training and staff meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on resort offerings
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
- Attend training courses at community and maintain up to date monthly quarterly and annual training
- Perform other duties as assigned related to the success of the community and the care comfort and happiness of residents
