Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing walking lifting and bending
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Must comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a bartending role preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with creativity and attention to detail
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes wine pairings and the latest trends in mixology
  • Provide a friendly engaging and professional service experience to residents and guests
  • Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked at all times
  • Manage inventory and stock supplies including ordering and receiving products
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service
  • Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
  • Build rapport with residents and guests remembering their preferences and making recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a seamless service experience
  • Participate in regular training and staff meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on resort offerings
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
  • Attend training courses at community and maintain up to date monthly quarterly and annual training
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to the success of the community and the care comfort and happiness of residents
