Job Requirements

  • Must be able to continuously walk and stand
  • Must be able to perform work inside and outside
  • Ability to sit infrequently
  • Ability to lift constantly 0-10 pounds frequently 11-50 pounds
  • Ability to carry constantly 0-10 pounds frequently 11-50 pounds
  • Ability to push constantly 0-10 pounds frequently 11-50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb stairs frequently with elevator access as alternate
  • Must be able to bend frequently at waist knees hips and spine with weights of 25 pounds or more
  • Must be able to squat frequently to reach below the knee with lifting of 50 pounds or less
  • Must be able to twist or rotate occasionally at trunk hips knees and neck with weights of 25 pounds or more
  • Must be able to reach frequently occasionally overhead with manipulation of 10 pounds or less and below waist 25 pounds or more
  • Must have sensory vision to read clearly with or without corrective lenses
  • Must be able to hear telephone alarms bells and signals related to resident safety with or without hearing devices
  • Must have strong command of English sufficient to read write and interpret administration information

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service
  • Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with creativity and attention to detail
  • Maintain knowledge of drink recipes wine pairings and latest trends in mixology
  • Provide friendly engaging and professional service to residents and guests
  • Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked
  • Manage inventory stock supplies including ordering and receiving products
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service
  • Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
