Job Requirements
- Must be able to continuously walk and stand
- Must be able to perform work inside and outside
- Ability to sit infrequently

- Ability to carry constantly 0-10 pounds frequently 11-50 pounds
- Ability to push constantly 0-10 pounds frequently 11-50 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs frequently with elevator access as alternate
- Must be able to bend frequently at waist knees hips and spine with weights of 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to squat frequently to reach below the knee with lifting of 50 pounds or less
- Must be able to twist or rotate occasionally at trunk hips knees and neck with weights of 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to reach frequently occasionally overhead with manipulation of 10 pounds or less and below waist 25 pounds or more
- Must have sensory vision to read clearly with or without corrective lenses
- Must be able to hear telephone alarms bells and signals related to resident safety with or without hearing devices
- Must have strong command of English sufficient to read write and interpret administration information
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service
- Strong knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes wine pairings and latest trends in mixology
- Provide friendly engaging and professional service to residents and guests
- Ensure the bar area is clean organized and well-stocked
- Manage inventory stock supplies including ordering and receiving products
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations including responsible alcohol service
- Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
