Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum one year of serving experience preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull for extended periods
- ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of serving experience preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- good manual dexterity for handling kitchen utensils and equipment
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- previous bartending experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Enhance overall dining experience for residents and guests
- assist in delivery of culinary activities across multiple dining venues
- provide professional, friendly, courteous, and timely service in accordance with The Sterling Touch® philosophy
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
- support special events and private functions with high-quality service
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members
