Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous serving or bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties involved in the role

- Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant/bar
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a guest-first approach
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

- Craft cocktail or mixology experience
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food pairings
- Experience with Toast POS

Job Duties
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth, personality, and professionalism
- Craft cocktails with precision and consistency while delivering a warm, welcoming experience
- Guide guests through food, cocktail, and wine menus, offering recommendations with confidence
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and seamlessly
- Work alongside bartenders, hosts, and teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold health and safety standards
- Handle transactions through Toast POS quickly and accurately
- Actively promote specials, events, and signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience
- Uphold Built On Hospitality standards for service, guest engagement, and culture
