- Current SafeServ certification
- Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and steady pouring
- Being a team player with interpersonal skills
- TIPS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Appreciation for barbecue

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and guide them through our menu of smoked classics and signature drinks
- Serve up plates and pour drafts from our full bar, keeping the energy high and the service smooth
- Mix cocktails, pull pints, and recommend pairings
- Keep the dining room and bar humming - clear tables, restock, and jump in wherever the team needs you
- Bring your personality to the runway view - chat up pilots, locals, and visitors soaking in the scene
- Work with the pitmasters and kitchen to keep orders flying out on time
