Current SafeServ certification
Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and steady pouring
Being a team player with interpersonal skills
TIPS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Appreciation for barbecue

Job Duties

Greet guests with a smile and guide them through our menu of smoked classics and signature drinks
Serve up plates and pour drafts from our full bar, keeping the energy high and the service smooth
Mix cocktails, pull pints, and recommend pairings
Keep the dining room and bar humming - clear tables, restock, and jump in wherever the team needs you
Bring your personality to the runway view - chat up pilots, locals, and visitors soaking in the scene
Work with the pitmasters and kitchen to keep orders flying out on time
