Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 3-5 years of serving and bartending experience
- Food safety and sanitation training
- Alcohol awareness training
- Valid driver license
- Ability to read and speak English
- Meets state age requirements for serving alcohol
- Knowledge of POS system
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- Describes specials of the day to the guests
- Answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly
- Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
- Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
- Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
- Sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions using POS system
- Follows established procedures for order taking, placement, and delivery
- Adheres to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service
- Practices tray service for all food and beverage service
- Cross trained in bartending service
- Incorporates safe work practices
- Operates picker for range balls and golf cart
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
