Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of serving and bartending experience
  • Food safety and sanitation training
  • Alcohol awareness training
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Meets state age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Knowledge of POS system
  • Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties

  • Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating
  • Describes specials of the day to the guests
  • Answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate
  • Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food promptly
  • Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed
  • Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests
  • Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties
  • Sets up and breaks down golf stations every shift
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions using POS system
  • Follows established procedures for order taking, placement, and delivery
  • Adheres to standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service
  • Practices tray service for all food and beverage service
  • Cross trained in bartending service
  • Incorporates safe work practices
  • Operates picker for range balls and golf cart
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance
  • Performs other duties as required
