Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to wear company uniform
Compliance with food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a food and beverage service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Customer service orientation
Team player attitude

Job Duties

Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standard
Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
Provide the highest level of service in accordance with HRI Hospitality standards
Identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
Communicate with food and beverage employees to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information
