Job Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with guests effectively
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours
Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and catering practices is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Must be of legal drinking age as required by local laws

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable
Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and promote responsible alcohol consumption
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages to management
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations
