Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a server or in a related customer service role
Ability to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Strong attention to detail
Team player attitude
Ability to resolve customer conflicts professionally

Job Duties

Checking on customers often and suggesting additional items like appetizers and desserts
Taking orders for new visitors quickly
Writing or printing bills, explaining them to customers, and collecting payments
Throwing away expired ingredients and condiments
Troubleshooting equipment issues and telling management when repairs are needed
Emptying trash, mopping floors, and taking care of other routine tasks when needed
Making sure that orders are accurate before bringing them to customers
